Koně z Garub pro nás byli také šokem, ačkoliv jsme o nich předem věděli. Diaz Point (Luderitz) je volně přístupné místo, ale nesmíš sejit mimo cestu a stezky, všude okolo jsou diamanty a jsou tam všude velmi nepříjemné zákazové tabule. Teplotní šok byl strašný, jedeš a ještě cca 15 km před pobřežím je strašné vedro, 30°-40°C, a potom během 10 minut to sletí na 20°C, a u oceánu při západu slunce cca 18°C... Kolmanskop, ten je v podstatě naproti letišti Luderitz. Jen na povolení, všude okolo je zakázaný diamantový prostor Sperrgebiet.

Díky Gabi👍 Namibie má celkem slušné příjmy z těžby diamantů (viz 3. epizoda), ale i z turistického ruchu a něco jim vydělává i hovězí. Takže mají nejlepší cesty v Africe, tím nemyslím jen těch pár asfaltek, těch je pořád strašně málo, ale jejich "gravel roads" jsou skutečným fenoménem. Je to obrovská země, s málo obyvateli, je zde relativně stabilní politická situace. Benzínky, no pokud myslíš, že benzínka každých jen 300 km (někdy i více) je dobrá infrastruktura? Ale OK, jsou to většinou jihoafrické řetězce, takže relativně dokonalé. Fish R.C. - byli jsme tentokráte na úplně druhé straně kaňonu, a na fotkách či videu je vidět na náš tehdejší kemp přes těch 30-40 km té propasti na druhou stranu 🙂 Po těch 10ti letech se zdá pořád stejný🤣

Díky Gabi moc, skvělý komentář. Bylo to přesně jak píšeš🤣 Na jetlag nebyl čas, ale první noc tady jsme byli total K.O. Cesta fakt hrozná, teď to bude ještě horší, pár týdnů po nás Qatar Airways tuhle linku zrušili... Maruška nejen výborný kopilot, ale i kameraman, i když měla v ruce zcela novou kameru, kterou jsem pořizovali týden před odjezdem, kdy se začala prodávat. Jen jsme sebou tentokráte nebrali dron, na většině atraktivních míst jsou již zabanované... Ale také si zašoférovala, ale to teprve přijde.

Yes👍, no problem with classic ZBmini in Philips HUE system. I use this at my home in several places, either in the installation box or directly in the "dumb" (no smart) lamp. I have the same problem. I also have the problem that the state of the lamp isn't fed back into the Hue app.

With ZBMINI you can have the lights work as a room (multiple ZBMINIs). With ZBMINI-L, you can't. However, even with ZBMINI, you can only trigger a single ZBMINI with a motion sensor trigger / automation. But room control with multiple light works.

Hi, I believe the issue is that the sonoff is not getting enough power when the light is off. The sonoff has to scavenge power off the live circuit. This is not a problem when the light is on, as there is alot of current traveling through the live that it can extract from. However, when the light is off, there is less current travelling through the wire, so it cannot get enough power to stay alive. I had the same issue. My fix was to replace the bulbs in the lights to ones that allowed enough current during the "off" period to work. I replaced the previous hue bulbs with regular LED bulbs.

@@seccarone maybe his using hue dimmer switch version 1 as I only used version 2. He does mention somewhere that’s his removed the switch as it doesn’t work with the app correctly - having the same experience as us. Sonoff now indicated they don’t support this device with hue and even mention not compatible.

I could be wrong, but I think he's able to do it because he added the Sonoff relay as a "light" on his Hue hub, so pressing the "on" or "brighter" button on the Hue switch turns the relay on, which is effectively the same thing as physically flipping the light switch on. One of the main uses for these relays is to avoid the requirement that a physical light switch must be turned on--since the relay sits between the physical switch and the bulb, you can effectively override the switch's physical state via wifi (i.e. using the Hue app, using other smart triggers, etc.)

This is not a dimmer, it is a Zigbee 3.0 switch, compatible with HUE bridge. It switches the "dumb" lights. If I have smart lights, I don't need this switch. I need this for "dumb" LED strips and conventional lights, for example.

It seems like their other model, doesn't support Hue (BASICZBR3) Just to make sure. Do this Sonos Mini Switch work without any fiddling (like with MQTT or something else) ?

@@snowatom Absolutely👍 No hack, it's natively functional. I run several of these Sonoff Mini Switches in my HUE system at home. I even have them integrated via the HUE addon into my main Homematic home automation system.

​@@snowatom Hi, that Sonoff Mini Switch is detected as light in Philips hue ecosystem, not switch. Technicially you can create rule in Philips HUE API that when light 1 (Sonoff ZBMini) is ON than set other light (actual smart light bulb) to ON aswell so it will work like switch. Of course in that situation you don't connect smart ligtht bulb directly to Sonoff ZBMINI. I tried to do it and it kind of works but sometimes it takes couple of seconds to change state of Sonoff in Philips Hue Bridge so I wouldn't say it's usable. I sent question to Sonoff regarding that and waiting for reply.

Yes, there is used "TRÅDFRI gateway", through which the blind is paired for the original wall-mounted remote control, for smarthpone application and also for Google Asistant. Connected to the home LAN via Ethernet.

No problem, I live quite high :-), so for this blind I demanded partial transparency, is just to restrict the entry of light. IKEA makes the version completely opaque, its name is "Fyrtur", mine is "Kadrilj"...
